Return & Refund Policy

FurnitureFunda’s easy return policy allows a convenient return and refund process for you.

Although, before you return a product, we would urge you to consider thinking about the artisans/small manufacturers/

budding entrepreneurs who try their best to deliver perfect products at your doorstep.

We advise the sellers to upload good resolution images so that the actual product is nearly the same.

The return needs to be initiated by you within seven days of successful delivery.

Then, the refund will be initiated and the entire amount paid by you shall reflect in your account in seven working days.

 

You can return the products without hesitation if the following conditions exist:

  1. The product is damaged or defective when delivered.
  2. The product looks completely different from the images shown on the website.
  3. A different product is delivered in place of the one you ordered.

Also,

In case the following exceptions take place, it might be difficult for us to process a return request:

  1. Missing parts/original packaging/price tags of the product.
  2. Return request made after the stated time period (Seven days from delivery).
  3. The product is misused or physically damaged.
